Securing Your Next Position
The process of changing jobs has six steps:
- Presenting Your Resume
- Preliminary Phone Interview
- On-Site Interview(s)
- Post Interview Follow-up
- Negotiating and Accepting the Job Offer
- Resigning From Your Current Position
While there is no "right" way or "wrong" way to approach these steps, there are a few generally accepted practices which can be followed.
