Presenting Your Education

Since the positions that are of interest to most of our readers are directed to scientific research, it is natural to begin with a description of your educational background. Starting with your undergraduate education, provide the names and locations of the schools you attended, the degree(s) obtained, the time period you attended, the name of your advisor, and any honors awarded. For example, the first section of a resume could appear as shown below.
