| Description: | Santorini is a molecular viewer tool. It can read XYZ coordinate files of atoms and display them in a 3-dimensional view. If your XYZ file contains several coordinate frames of the same bunch of atoms then Santorini can play the file as an animation. The program also allows you to calculate the radial distribution functions as well as isotropic elastic neutron scattering structure factor. | |
