MDL SCREEN's full plate analysis option displays the activity of the compound in each well, in an easy, intuitive manner. Biologists can reject results from the whole plate, a specific row or column (if there is an indication of a problem with one channel of a pipettor), or from a specific well. Rejected result data is saved in a separate table, where it can be used to analyze the effectiveness of the assay, but remains hidden from data browsers. All calculations are performed automatically.
